Terms for Sale:
I accept Visa or Mastercard, PayPal, money orders, and personal checks (must clear before shipping).One half of the purchase price is due at the time of ordering which is refundable up to 30 days before the start time of the instrument less a $300 work order fee. The balance of the sale,  plus shipping is due at time of completion. All instruments have a lifetime workmanship warranty to the original owner. Determining applicability of warranty is solely at my discretion. All instruments come with a satisfaction guarantee where the purchaser has a 3 day approval period. A refund of the instrument's purchase price will be given upon inspection, minus all shipping charges including insurance and the cost of any repairs. The instrument must be returned in the original packaging. All custom: body styles, custom inlays, scale lengths, and string spacing sales are final.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you decide to cancel your order your deposit is refundable minus the $350 order work order fee up to 30 days prior to your instruments start. After this point your deposit is not refundable.



Any instrument not paid for within 30 days of completion is subject to immediate sale by “Cliff Bordwell Instruments”. Any deposit amount remaining towards said instrument will be forfeit at this time.
